About Southern Roots LLC in Greenwell Springs, LA

A Family-Owned Landscape and Drainage Company Serving Greenwell Springs

Southern Roots LLC is a family-owned landscape and drainage company serving Greenwell Springs, LA and surrounding areas with services ranging from soft washing and pressure washing to drainage solutions, hardscaping, and lawn maintenance. Founded in the summer of 2024, Southern Roots is owner-operated, meaning you work directly with the person responsible for every job from start to finish.

The business was built around a straightforward standard: no job gets left until the work meets the owner's expectations. That's not a slogan—it's how every project gets managed. Whether you're having pavers installed, a drainage issue corrected, or a soft wash applied to your driveway or exterior surfaces, the work doesn't wrap up until the finish is right.

Southern Roots operates with a small, focused crew—two full-time team members and one part-time as needed—keeping the operation lean and the oversight direct. Scheduling and client communication are handled in-house, so you get consistent, organized follow-through from your first inquiry through project completion.

Southern Roots was founded by someone who grew up in Louisiana and has spent years working with the land here. That local background informs the work—understanding how Louisiana's climate and conditions affect outdoor spaces, drainage, and surface maintenance is part of delivering results that actually hold up.

Greenwell Springs sits in a region where heavy rainfall and humidity put real demands on drainage, landscaping, and exterior surfaces. Properly graded drainage systems, well-maintained lawns, and surfaces cleaned with the right soft wash pressure all help protect your property from the effects of Louisiana's wet seasons. These aren't add-ons—they're the kind of work that keeps a property functional year after year.

The focus here is on doing fewer jobs well rather than chasing volume. That philosophy shapes how estimates are written, how crews are deployed, and how each project wraps up. The goal isn't to move fast—it's to move right.

Serving Greenwell Springs and the surrounding communities of the greater Baton Rouge area, Southern Roots brings that same hands-on approach to every property, residential or commercial.
